    • Some garment stitching require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.

    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
    • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  3. Scheduled Delivery Date:
    • If the scheduled delivery date falls on a weekend, a government holiday, or in the event of any emergency that leads to the closure of our store, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next working day.
  4. Shipping Rates:
    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
