Role : Social Media Marketing

Experience : 6 month minimum.

Job Timings : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturday Off).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content and visually appealing content for Silailor’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Engage with influencers and brand advocates to build partnerships and amplify our reach.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written skills to make engaging content in Hindi and English.
• Good Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch).
• Well aware of social media tools such as hootsuite.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Education : Graduation Not Required
• Know Video & Reels Editing
